Terms of Service

Sell Easy is operated by the Sell Easy team (legal entity to be confirmed on incorporation). You can reach us at contact@selleasy.tech.

Sell Easy reads your public website with your permission, stores the resulting content for your account, and answers visitor questions using only that stored content. When the service cannot find a grounded answer it says so and offers to pass the enquiry to you. It does not fabricate facts.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Do not share credentials with people outside your organisation.

You agree not to:

• Ingest a website you do not own or have permission to ingest.
• Use Sell Easy to generate unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service in ways that harm other customers.

You keep ownership of your website content and the transcripts of conversations that happen through your concierge. You grant us a limited licence to process that content strictly to provide the service to you, including crawling, embedding, and answering visitor questions. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train general-purpose models.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period stated at the point of purchase. Where a plan is described as monthly, it renews monthly. You can cancel a renewal from your dashboard or by contacting us. Prices displayed on the site may change; we will give you notice before a change affects an active subscription.

We aim to provide a reliable service but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may perform maintenance and update the service. We offer support by email at contact@selleasy.tech.

The service uses third party providers to deliver features (hosting, retrieval, language models, text to speech, crawling). Their processing is covered in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and terms may affect the service.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or fail to pay fees when due. On termination we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy set out in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
